Mazak Optonics Corp., Elgin, Illinois, promoted Dan Konrath from applications engineer to Southeast regional sales manager, covering nine states. Konrath has been with the company five years and owned a business for 15 years.

Beckhoff USA hired Paxton Shantz as fabrication industry manager. Shantz was a regional manager for Lenze Americas, a maker of industrial automation systems. He held similar posts at B&R Industrial Automation and Advanced Motion Controls.

Behringer Saws Inc., Morgantown, Pennsylvania, hired Gregory Bielitz as an electromechanical technician. He will provide electrical support throughout all departments, with a focus on adding saw options and material handling integration.

Aaron Evans was named Western regional manager for Industrial Magnetics Inc., which manufactures magnets for work holding, lifting, fixturing, conveying and magnetic separation. He will service clients in four states.

Global Shop Solutions, The Woodlands, Texas, recognizes Debbie Wright for her 25th anniversary with the company. Wright joined the company as a programmer and worked her way up to vice president of core programming.

Shape Technologies Group, Kent, Washington, selected Tim Fabian as vice president of marketing and product management. He has 20 years of product and marketing management experience with waterjet, machine tool and other equipment.

Automatic Feed Co. named Derek Faber as manager for the company’s Automation Integration Manager software offering. He has been a software engineer at Automatic Feed for the past year as well as an IT support specialist. The company also promoted Joe Andriette to director of sales and marketing. Andriette has worked for Automatic Feed for 20 years, most recently as global sales account manager.
