Generator allows for multiple welds at once
The Dual Maverick 200/200X arc welder/generator features two welders powered by a diesel engine with dual welding outputs, allowing two or more welders to work at the same time in structural, pipeline and maintenance and repair applications. With optimized operations for the most efficient weld, the Dual Maverick 200/200X dampens engine noise. Welders can also achieve fuel savings with variable engine RPM, based on welding output level and auto stop/start functionality. The output remains steady even during arc stops and starts in dual mode.

Analyzer tool enables fast report generation
The Quick Weld Productivity Analyzer calculates total weld cost analysis. The PDF includes a QR code that users can scan with their mobile phone that takes them back to their original calculation and input variables; users can then adjust the variables to create alternative calculations and generate a new report. The updated calculator includes more filler metal selections for the North American market.

Dust collector offers zero-shutdown performance
The MCD is a modular conveyor drag-out system that was engineered for facilities with high dust loadings, or that operate continuously. The MCD Whirl Wet efficiently isolates particulate. When collected dust reaches a set point, the collection module is dragged out and replaced with an empty collection module, allowing operation (and routine maintenance) to continue without interruption. The Whirl Wet dust collector collects virtually all dusts over 3 microns.
